I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to these articles which explore the very wide range of labor and employment and seek to include, to a certain extent, the overlapping field of workers compensation. It has been about 18 months since my last post. I was involved in an automobile accident, which made it very difficult for me to both provide service to my clients, and still have enough time to put together an article worth the reading.
